We are looking for a **Data Entry Operator (Stock & Inventory)** who can efficiently manage and update stock-related data, maintain inventory records, and support the operations and warehouse team in day-to-day data management activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain **stock and inventory data** in the company database accurately.
- Maintain records of **inward and outward stock movements**.
- Prepare and update **daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports**.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in stock entries.
- Coordinate with the **store, warehouse, and accounts teams** for smooth inventory tracking.
- Support in **stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting.**:

- Ensure timely data entry and document management for all inventory-related activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Graduate** in any discipline.
- **1-3 years of experience** as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in inventory or stock management.
- **Strong knowledge of MS Excel** (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
