Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and update inventory records accurately. The role requires daily entry of inward/outward inventory, reconciliation, and support in reporting for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory data in the system with accuracy.
  • Maintain proper records of inward/outward movement of inventory.
  • Assist in reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP/system records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory accuracy.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
  • Support in audits and verification of inventory records.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong typing speed with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Inventory software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry/inventory management (preferably in publishing, manufacturing, or distribution).
  • Prior ERP or inventory software experience preferred.
