**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator - Team Lead

**Experience Level**: 2.5 to 3 Years

**Job Location**: Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar Phase-4

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of data entry operators to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues or challenges promptly.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to meet daily/weekly targets.
- Verify and validate data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Conduct regular quality checks on the data entered by team members.
- Implement and enforce best practices for data accuracy and security.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and progress.
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement changes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry tasks.
- Address operational issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Manage workload distribution among team members for optimal efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2.5 to 3 years of proven experience in data entry and team supervision.
- Proficient in data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and database management tools.
- Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data security and confidentiality protocols.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools or software.
- Basic understanding of data analytics or reporting tools.
