**Job Description - Data Entry Operator**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Input: Accurately enter a variety of data into databases, spreadsheets, or other information management systems.
- Data Review and Correction: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct errors in datasets.
- Record Management: Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of documents.
- Data Updates: Regularly update databases with new information, keeping records current and relevant.
- Reporting: Prepare reports as required, summarizing entered data or results.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments or team members to gather and clarify data as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and in compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
- General Office Support: Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and handling inquiries related to data management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in data entry or office administration (preferred).
- Strong typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Company Description**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
