**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter data into the company database with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct errors where necessary.
- Maintain data integrity by following company protocols and safeguarding data privacy.
- Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, rectify any discrepancies, and report them to supervisors.
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
