Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Front- ReactJS & TypeScript 
In this role, In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications that power Genpact's AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
·    Lead the design and development of responsive, user-centric web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript
·    Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
·    Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
·    Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
·    Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
·    Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
·    Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
·    Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
·    Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
·    Experience in front-end development
·    Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
·    Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
·    Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
·    Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
·    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
·    Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
·    Understanding of accessibility and web standards
