Senior ReactJS Developer

We are seeking a permanent full-time position as a Senior Developer. At PrismHR, our close-knit UI team works closely with Product Managers and Developers to solve tricky design problems to create and simplify amazing experiences in the Human Resources space.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Front-end desinging
• Be the voice of the user throughout the discovery and development life cycle
• Lead cross-functional teams in collaborative design sessions
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify, capture and refine user workflows

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ experience in development SPA using ReactJS and React libraries- redux etc.
• Good understanding and experience with JS libraries and frameworks
• Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
• Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX, HTML5, CSS3 along with bootstrap
• UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering, caching
• Experience with modern web development with excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Responsive Design, RESTful APIs, Unit Testing

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean UX in an Agile environment
• Experience with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, or other Human Capital Management systems

PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application.
