About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Accountant to join our dynamic team at Raniwala Jewellers. The ideal candidate should come from a commerce background with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals such as debit, credit, reconciliation, and journal entries. This role will work closely with the CRM team to manage financial transactions, customer billing, and data accuracy using the GATI software (not Tally).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record day-to-day accounting transactions related to CRM activities.
  • Work on GATI software for financial entries, billing, and customer account management.
  • Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure accuracy in client billing, payments, and credit notes.
  • Verify, post, and reconcile financial data in the CRM system.
  • Maintain proper records of customer-related financial transactions and reports.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debit/credit, journal entries, etc.).
  • Prior experience with CRM or ERP accounting software preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the CRM and finance teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
