Role Description

As an Account Manager at Naukripay Group, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining strong communication channels with clients, understanding their human resource needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and meeting sales and service goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, client relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability in business development and account management
  • Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic familiarity with HR and staffing processes
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or staffing services is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and resolve client concerns effectively
