Job Title: MedicoLegal Scheduler Night Shift (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Chennai

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9-hour shift including breaks)

Work Mode: Onsite only (No Work From Home)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a MedicoLegal Scheduler.
  • This is a full-time night shift role involving administrative, scheduling, and coordination support for medico-legal cases handled by US-based legal teams and physicians.

  • Freshers are welcome, but attitude, commitment, and clarity of purpose are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage medico-legal appointments (consultations, depositions, court appearances, etc.).
  • Email Coordination: Draft, respond to, and manage communications with clients and legal teams.
  • Scheduling & Rescheduling: Update schedules, manage cancellations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, follow up on case progress, and respond to inquiries.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain ethical handling of confidential medical/legal information.
  • Client Communication: Communicate professionally with US-based clients.
  • Resource Allocation Support: Coordinate internal capacity to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Has basic medical understanding (general concepts; deep radiology knowledge not required)

Eligibility

  • Any degree discipline with basic medical understanding
  • Strong English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Fresh graduates (2022 / 2023 / 2024) encouraged to apply
  • Must be able and willing to work night shift permanently onsite
