Hi All,

iZen Software Services is looking a Cyber Security Program Manager to join our Security Engineering team. In this role, you will lead key initiatives focused on IT compliance, audit readiness, and risk management, playing a vital role in strengthening our SOC1, SOC2, SOX compliance, and Third-Party Risk Management programs.

This is a strategic and hands-on position that ensures iZen Labs security posture meets the highest industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement a sustainable security compliance framework.
  • Coordinate audit evidence collection for SOC1, SOC2, SOX, and internal audits.
  • Perform compliance monitoring and ensure timely remediation of audit findings.
  • Manage and execute the user security awareness training program.
  • Draft and maintain Information Security Policies and quarterly updates.
  • Respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance inquiries.
  • Conduct quarterly user access reviews across multiple systems and applications.
  • Evaluate new business solutions to identify potential security risks or gaps.
  • Manage the Third-Party Security Risk Evaluation and Monitoring program.
  • Monitor adherence to internal standards and recommend continuous improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT security, audit, or compliance.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are required.
  • Strong understanding of ITGC, NIST, and COBIT frameworks.
  • Experience with SOC1, SOC2, and SOX audits (internal and external).
  • Hands-on experience conducting Third-Party Risk Assessments and User Access Reviews.
  • Experience implementing or managing IT Risk Management and Awareness Programs.
