Job Title: Formwork Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Formwork Sales Manager to lead and grow our formwork business in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of formwork systems, client acquisition, project coordination, and end-to-end sales management. This role requires excellent industry networking, technical understanding, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in construction, infrastructure, and real-estate sectors
- Promote and sell formwork products and solutions to contractors, builders, and developers
- Understand project requirements and provide appropriate formwork solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, BOQs, and pricing sheets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Coordinate with design, operations, and execution teams for timely delivery of solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Ensure quality customer service, timely follow-ups, and post-sales support
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (added advantage)
Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in Formwork Sales / Shuttering / Scaffolding / Construction Materials Sales
- Strong network in construction, contractors, and infrastructure industry
Skills
- Strong technical understanding of formwork/shuttering systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and understand project scope
- Result-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused
- Strong client relationship-building capability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹65,800.32 per month
