Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for industrial machinery and equipment. The role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding, and professional leadership to build sustainable customer relationships and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base in targeted industrial segments
Lead B2B sales activities including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure
Prepare and present high-quality technical and commercial proposals to customers
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development
Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Drive branding, promotional campaigns, and participation in exhibitions and trade events
Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and management presentations
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and quality processes
Educational Qualifications
Mandatory: MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
Preferred: B.Tech / B.E. or technical graduation in any specialization
Candidates with strong technical and commercial exposure will be given preference
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into value-based business solutions
Proven experience in B2B industrial sales and marketing
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market expansion
Experience (Preferred)
3–8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing sectors

Results-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
