Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Retai Stores : Generate Sales from Retail Sotes, Product Details, Achieve Targets.
- Customer Interaction:Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with purchases.
- Sales Generation:Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge:Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the products offered.
- Customer Service:Providing excellent service, handling complaints, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Merchandising and Inventory:Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, arranging displays, and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Transaction Processing:Accurately processing sales transactions and handling various payment methods.
- Reporting and Analysis:Maintaining records of sales and customer interactions, and potentially providing feedback to management.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Potential variations:
- Senior Retail Sales Executive:May involve additional responsibilities like developing sales strategies, managing a team, and analyzing sales data.
- Retail Field Sales Executive:Focuses on building relationships with store personnel in different locations, executing promotional plans, and monitoring stock levels in various stores.
