Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality soft skills training to students and professionals, helping them enhance communication, confidence, personality development, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, teamwork, leadership, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
  • Create engaging learning content, modules, and assessments tailored for online and hybrid learning formats.
  • Track learner progress, provide personalized feedback, and support individual development plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and live sessions for students and working professionals.
  • Collaborate with academic and content teams to design and improve soft skills curriculum.
  • Maintain learner engagement using innovative training methodologies and EdTech tools.
  • Stay updated with soft skills trends and training best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; certification in soft skills training or related areas is a plus.
  • 1–5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or Communication Trainer (preferably in EdTech or training institutes).
  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to deliver virtual training using digital platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools).
  • Creative, energetic, and learner-centric approach.
