Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented PowerPoint Design & Proposal Specialist to join our digital marketing and sales enablement function. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of presentation and proposal visual development, creating high-quality, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

PowerPoint & PDF Presentation Design:

  • Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for proposals, onboarding kits, investor decks, and executive briefings.
  • Convert proposals and decks into structured, polished PDFs ready for distribution.
  • Translate complex service offerings and data into engaging visual formats.
  • Maintain and evolve a reusable slide library, icons, infographics, and visual assets.
  • Work closely with the Pre-Sales Consultant, marketing team, and BDMs to tailor messaging to the clients needs.

Proposal Visual Support:

  • Support sales and pre-sales teams in creating customized decks for priority accounts.
  • Ensure proposals meet visual and formatting standards while reflecting the tone of the solution being presented.
  • Integrate narrative storytelling and layout best practices into presentation design.

Template & Branding Ownership:

  • Maintain master slide templates and branding across all client-facing materials.
  • Enforce consistency in layout, color schemes, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to collect content inputs.
  • Manage design timelines for rapid proposal turnaround.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate presentation design or visual communication roles.
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and skilled in layout, animation, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong portfolio of previous proposal decks or business presentations.
  • Excellent understanding of brand alignment, formatting, and file preparation for PDF output.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short timelines.
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish.

Preferred:

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.
  • Familiarity with B2B services, consulting, or proposal-heavy environments.
  • Experience working with global teams or cross-departmental stakeholders.
