Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Manager – Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, client closing expertise, and the capability to coordinate effectively with developers, relationship managers, and clients. This role requires an individual who can drive revenue growth, mentor team members, and ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and final closures.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and relationship managers to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring superior service delivery and satisfaction.
- Track and monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and develop performance improvement strategies.
- Review daily and weekly sales reports, pipeline status, and closure progress.
- Manage documentation, CRM updates, and coordination with internal departments.
- Conduct regular training and skill enhancement sessions for team members.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven ability in team management, client closing, and target achievement.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent coordination and relationship management with clients and developers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
