As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced ERP Sales Representative to join our team.
Position Overview
The ERP Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing ERP sales, with a primary focus on Odoo ERP. This role requires proven ERP sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with prospects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our growth by working with clients in the Canadian market.
Location & Work Schedule
- Location: Remote (India)
- Shift Timing: Night shift (to align with Canadian business hours)
- Job Type: Full-time
Compensation
- Salary: Fixed pay + High commissions (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities in the ERP market (focus on Odoo ERP).
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings with potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, requirements gathering, solution presentation, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Work closely with technical/functional consultants to propose tailored ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in ERP sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Experience with Odoo ERP sales (preferred) or other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and cross-industry applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and position ERP solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience selling Odoo ERP specifically.
- Established client base or ERP sales network.
- Familiarity with consultative/solution-based sales methods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
