We are hiring a customer-focused **ERP Sales & Support Officer** to handle client inquiries, conduct online demos, and provide support to existing clients for MySmartSchool ERP.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct online demos to showcase MySmartSchool ERP features and benefits.
- Provide technical support and assistance to existing clients.
- Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year** in sales, customer support, or a similar role (preferably in ERP or software solutions).
- Experience in the **EdTech, School ERP, or SaaS** industry is a plus.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (both mandatory).
- **Technical Setup**: Must have their own **laptop/desktop** and a **stable internet connection**.
- Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
