Role:
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue targets by owning the complete sales lifecyclefrom strategy and pipeline development to deal closure and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record in leading sales teams and closing large, complex deals
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Strategic thinker with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
