Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and vendor management.
- Drive sales targets and marketing campaigns.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead and motivate the core team for performance excellence.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Civil / Business / Commerce; MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in construction materials, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Growth Path:
Head of BricknBar → Regional Head → National Business Head
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
