About Us

We are managing two dynamic brands: EngLeash Academy (a premier language training institute) and NutriFreaks (a health and wellness brand). We seek a motivated executive to drive growth for both businesses through localized field strategies and effective digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

The role will balance physical presence in the market with digital strategy execution.

A. Field Marketing

  • Local Outreach (EngLeash Academy): Identify and secure partnerships with local colleges, businesses, and coaching centers to drive student referrals and corporate training inquiries.
  • BTL Event Execution: Plan and execute local events, workshops, and promotional stalls for EngLeash Academy in high-footfall areas.
  • Partnership Management (NutriFreaks): Establish tie-ups and co-promotions with local gyms, fitness centers, and dieticians to promote NutriFreaks products/services.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitive data on pricing, course/service offerings, and local demand for both brands.

B. Digital Marketing

  • Content Management: Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, testimonials) for the social media channels of both EngLeash Academy and NutriFreaks.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) for both brands, promptly responding to comments and direct messages to nurture leads.
  • Lead Capture & Reporting: Ensure all leads (from field forms, social DMs, and website forms) are accurately logged and directed to the respective sales/admissions team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience covering both field/direct marketing and basic social media management.
  • Fluent in both Tamil and Slightly Fluent in English for effective local and digital communication.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva).
  • Must be willing to travel extensively locally and possess a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
