We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Field Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing field marketing activities to promote our tech-driven logistics platform, drive customer acquisition, and build strong local brand presence. You will be the face of our brand on the ground, connecting directly with businesses and potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as promotions, on-ground events, activations, roadshows, and kiosk setups.
- Identify and approach potential clients (B2B and B2C) in designated territories to generate leads and drive signups.
- Build relationships with small businesses, transporters, vendors, and drivers to onboard them onto our logistics platform.
- Coordinate with the central marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment and reporting.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, banners) at high-traffic locations.
- Track and report daily activities, leads generated, and conversions.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to refine field strategies.
- Ensure proper branding at all physical marketing touchpoints.
- Maintain excellent knowledge about company services and USPs to effectively pitch to customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, BTL (below the line) marketing, or on-ground sales, preferably in tech, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area frequently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
