Role Overview:

We are seeking a
creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive
to join WalkShark's team. This role will focus on planning and executing digital campaigns to
increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    digital marketing strategies
    across multiple channels (social media, SEO, Google Ads, email, content marketing, etc.)
  • Manage
    social media platforms
    (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content, campaigns, and community management
  • Plan and run
    paid advertising campaigns
    (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Optimize the company website for
    SEO and user experience
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce
    content, graphics, and videos
    for campaigns
  • Stay updated on
    digital trends and competitor activities
    in the footwear/fashion space

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    digital marketing or social media management
    (fashion/retail industry preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram marketing
  • Creative mindset with strong
    content writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Passion for
    fashion, branding, and customer engagement
