Profile
Online applications (through email) are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow, purely on contractual basis in the extramural research project sanctioned for up to 3 years from Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India (No 54/14/2025-BRNS/395, dated , under Dr. Subash Chandra Gupta, Professor and Head, Department of Biochemistry, AIIMS Guwahati.

Duration
The project is sanctioned up to three years. The appointment will be on temporary basis for a period of one year. Based on the performance in the first year, the appointment could be extended till the end of the project.

Money
Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month in the third year.

Qualification
Postgraduate degree (with minimum 55 PERCENT marks) including the integrated PG degrees in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
