Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Dodda Ballapur, where you will oversee daily production operations. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, maintaining production quality and standards, and leading a team to achieve operational objectives. The Production Manager will also be responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and operational workflows
  • Experience with quality assurance, compliance standards, and product testing procedures
  • Excellent team leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze and optimize processes for productivity improvement and resource management
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools
  • Technical knowledge of PV components and renewable energy solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector
