Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Content Publisher to join our Bengaluru team. The Content Publisher will be responsible for managing, uploading, and maintaining digital assets across enterprise content management and digital asset management (DAM) platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy digital content such as images and copy to content libraries (DAM/PIM) following agreed naming conventions and technical specifications.
  • Upload, tag, and manage metadata for digital assets while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure proper version control and adherence to brand and technical standards within DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Aprimo, or Veeva Vault.
  • Gather, process, and prepare assets and supporting information from various sources for upload and publication.
  • Conduct predefined quality checks and validation of content before and after deployment.
  • Utilize Adobe applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) to review, prepare, or adjust assets prior to ingestion.
  • Perform content validation and quality assurance using editable files to ensure visual and technical accuracy.
  • Track and report task progress using workflow and project management tools such as JIRA and client-specific platforms.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content management, publishing, or digital asset operations.
  • Proven experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as AEM, Aprimo, or Veeva Vault.
  • Hands-on experience with editable design files and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of website functionality and digital content workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Familiarity with localization processes and version control within content operations.
  • Interest in developing a career in Digital Marketing and eCommerce Production.
