Production Supervisor

1. Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Setting production goals for each manufacturing team.
- Setting an everyday production plan to meet the target of the month.

2. Organizing workflow to meet production deadlines.
- Implementing improvements to the production process.
- Determining ways to improve production efficiency.
- Developing workflow policies and procedures.
- Conduction standup meeting with all unit members.

3. The production line should be maintained with ISO standards.
- 5s implementation
- Documentation
- Work culture
- Team coordination/management

4. Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.

5. Organizing and participating in technical/relevant training sessions.

6. Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff.
- Motivating, supporting, and guiding team members.

7. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machineries.
- Monitoring preventive maintenance schedule (PM).
- Guiding operator to keep the machine in good condition using required every day cleaning and oiling.
- Guiding maintenance team to ensure keeping enough stock for machinery spare parts.

8. Setting quality standards and ensuring output products meet quality standards.
- Conducting regular quality inspections.
- Maintaining zero rejections.

9. Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep accident-free workstations.

10. Preparing production reports and reporting to upper management with appropriate details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
