Role & responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
- Organize and maintain records of office expenses
- Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience as an office executive, administrative assistant, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
