Role & responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
  • Organize and maintain records of office expenses
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and organized
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience as an office executive, administrative assistant, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
