About The Job
As a customer representative at The Future University, you will play a vital role in
ensuring our students have a seamless and positive experience with our institution.
Your effective communication skills will be key in addressing their inquiries and
concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate
and helpful information.
- Resolve technical issues related to our online platform and assist with account
access.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues
they may be facing.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve complex issues.
- Assist with registration and enrolment processes, guiding customers through the
necessary steps.
- Maintain detailed records of customers interactions and feedback for continuous
improvement.
