Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor, located in East Singhbhum. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with health and wellness standards, providing support and guidance to team members, and assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures. The Assistant Supervisor will also handle scheduling, training new employees, and addressing any immediate issues that arise during operations.

  • Team management, leadership, and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of health and wellness standards and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
