We're a growing ballet academy with 900+ students across multiple locations in Bangalore.

We're looking for an experienced administrative professional to manage admissions and parent communication.

About the role:

You'll be the primary point of contact for new families joining our academy, managing admissions groups, coordinating schedules with our teaching team, and handling parent queries across WhatsApp, email, and phone. This role requires excellent judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who naturally communicates with clarity and professionalism
  • Experience coordinating between multiple teams or departments
  • Comfortable managing parent/customer expectations in an educational or service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when handling concerns
  • Knows when to handle issues independently vs. when to escalate

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing admissions communication and onboarding for new families
  • Coordinating class schedules and logistics with teaching staff
  • Handling parent queries professionally across multiple channels
  • Administrative coordination across our centers
  • Ensuring accurate, timely communication that reflects our standards
