My School Admission (MSA) is India's trusted school admission platform that helps parents find the right schools for their children. We're looking for dynamic Admission Counsellors to join our growing Bangalore team and support families in making informed school choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel parents and students on suitable schools based on preferences and eligibility.
  • Guide them through the complete admission process—from inquiry to enrolment.
  • Handle calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet monthly admission targets.
  • Collaborate with schools and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in counselling, education, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
