Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Admission Officer
to join our team at the Sarjapur Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
international curriculum admissions
(IB/IGCSE/CBSE International) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students.
  • Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and campus visits, ensuring a high-quality experience for parents and students.
  • Maintain and update student admission data in the school ERP/CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and school tours.
  • Prepare admission reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase enrolment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in school admissions, preferably in an
    international curriculum
    (IB/IGCSE/CBSE International).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP/CRM tools.
