Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Meta/Facebook Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to enhance targeting and reach
  • Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous improvement
  • Monitor key metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates — and optimize accordingly
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging
  • Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, new features, and industry trends
  • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams or clients

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels
  • Experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant ad spend
  • Familiarity with Meta Events Manager, Pixel, and tracking setups
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
