Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blogs
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably 2+ years
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing
