Role Overview

Pinkwall Group is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and performance marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital landscape, can create and execute campaigns independently, and is eager to contribute to the marketing growth of a fast-developing real estate brand.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and website platforms to generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
  • Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve quality of leads
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Analytics, and Ads Manager

Social Media Management

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn pages
  • Plan monthly content calendars
  • Coordinate reels, photoshoots, and video content
  • Strengthen Pinkwall's brand visibility and engagement

SEO & Website Management

  • Perform basic on-page SEO and keyword research
  • Ensure landing pages and websites are optimized for lead generation
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements

Content & Branding Support

  • Assist in crafting ad copies, captions, and marketing messages
  • Support brochure, flyer, and creative development
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor daily campaign performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred )
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge
  • Ability to create or coordinate engaging content (reels, posts, visuals)
  • Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and ad reporting
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
