About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Manage and create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, email, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create promotional materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital or traditional marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and ROI measurement.
