Purpose

To drive life insurance business through HDFC Bank branches by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & manage relationships with partner banks
  • Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
  • Train & support bank staff on life insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI/regulatory norms.
  • Monitor partner performance & resolve issues quickly.

Must Haves

  • Good knowledge in equity & financial products
  • 1–5 years' experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills
