Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (Non-Sales) to manage and service existing clients by ensuring smooth investment operations, portfolio support, and high-quality client experience. The role focuses on client servicing, coordination, compliance, and relationship maintenance, with no direct sales or target pressure.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring timely support and follow-ups
  • Address client queries related to investments, statements, NAVs, SIPs, and transactions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Investment & Portfolio Support

  • Assist clients with mutual fund transactions (purchase, redemption, switch, SIP)
  • Coordinate portfolio reviews and provide periodic investment updates (non-advisory)
  • Support onboarding of new clients including risk profiling and documentation

Operations & Coordination

  • Handle account opening processes including KYC, FATCA, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, fund houses, registrars)
  • Track transaction status and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI/RBI guidelines and internal policies
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and transaction records
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of client data

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare client reports, statements, and MIS as required
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and service requests

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of mutual funds and investment products
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Professional ethics and confidentiality awareness

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in banking, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
