**Job Summary:**

Everest Fleet is looking for a Process Trainer with at least 1 year of BPO training experience to join our team in Delhi. The Process Trainer will conduct training sessions, ensure employees understand key processes, and perform regular call audits to maintain quality and adherence standards. This role requires strong communication skills, BPO process knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging training environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct training sessions for new hires and current employees on company processes, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.

- Perform regular call audits to assess quality and compliance, providing feedback and identifying improvement areas.

- Design and update training materials to reflect process changes and industry standards.

- Assess training needs and implement programs to address knowledge gaps.

- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records for management review.

- Collaborate with team leads to refine training programs based on call audit findings and performance metrics.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 year of training experience in the BPO sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create an engaging environment.

- Proficiency in conducting quality audits and providing actionable feedback.
