Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the post of Sales Trainer  for a reputed Company in Tyre Industry for their office at Chennai/Delhi.

About the role
The goal of the sales trainer is to increase the overall performance of the sales team by giving sales trainees the right tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful. Through identifying issues with training materials and implementing improvements as needed, the sales trainer is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of a company's sales training program which in turn promotes overall sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive- along with senior representatives.
  • Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  • Design training curriculum.
  • Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
  • Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor sales objectives and results.
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
  • Can travel to different locations as per business requirements.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in a sales position is a plus
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities
