Trainer (US staffing/ US Recruitment Process)

Location: [Chennai Onsite]

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: [Night Shift ]

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer with a strong background in US Staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new and existing recruiters and sales teams on the end-to-end staffing process, best practices, compliance, tools, and technologies used in the US recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing staff in US Staffing processes.
  • Develop training materials, modules, and SOPs related to sourcing, screening, submission, compliance, and client interaction.
  • Train recruiters and account managers on tools such as ATS & job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct regular refresher courses and upskill training sessions on latest market trends, immigration updates (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.), and client-specific processes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management teams to standardize and improve staffing processes.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for underperforming team members and new joiners.
  • Track and report training completion, progress, and ROI to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in US Staffing training or mentoring role.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment life cycle and immigration terminology.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training content and deliver sessions virtually and in-person.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and e-learning platforms.
