Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Data Entry Executive to support our US IT Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, formatting resumes, updating records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and assisting recruiters with backend documentation and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update candidate information into the ATS or internal database
  • Format resumes as per client requirements (US market standards)
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interviews, and client submissions
  • Support recruiters with backend recruitment documentation
  • Organize and maintain candidate data with high attention to detail
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy
  • Generate reports and maintain trackers as required
  • Handle confidential data with integrity

Required Skills:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word and Excel)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes or ATS is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift (US timings)

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with experience in data entry, resume formatting, or recruitment support will be preferred
