Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Bengaluru. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock and inventory control, optimizing processes, and managing resources. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising team performance, monitoring inventory levels, and driving operational efficiency. The position requires hands-on management of logistics to achieve cost savings and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate management of materials and minimize waste.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management to optimize processes and streamline workflows.
  • Knowledge and experience in Forklift Operation and general warehouse equipment handling.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology-driven logistics solutions.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management or similar role is advantageous.
