Solutions Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a technical professional to drive enterprise adoption of an advanced data and AI platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist responsible for architecting and implementing complex data solutions, with a focus on removing technical barriers and accelerating platform integration for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and prospects to design comprehensive data and AI solutions.
  • Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Lead technical conversations around MLOps, data science workflows, and GenAI integration.
  • Own the technical sales process from initial introduction through post-sales success.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Evangelize the AI and data platform vision to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to drive customer success and strategic growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Robust hands-on expertise as an AI/ML practitioner.
  • Demonstrated capability in architecting and implementing MLOps pipelines.
  • Substantive experience engaging with Generative AI models and frameworks.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate complex AI technical concepts.
  • Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Comprehensive understanding of machine learning, MLOps, and data science methodologies.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow.
  • Practical mastery of Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and machine learning libraries.
  • Comprehensive awareness of Generative AI toolkits.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure.
  • Deep insights into data engineering and pipeline orchestration technologies.
  • Solid Unix/Linux expertise and DevOps comprehension.
  • Track record of developing Generative AI applications.
  • Relevant cloud or enterprise platform certifications.
