Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Deputy Cluster Head. The Deputy Cluster Head will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing staff performance, and driving continuous improvement in processes. The Deputy Cluster Head will also be responsible for budget management and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
