Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Gurugram. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The engineer will be required to visit client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and support various technology solutions provided by ICVS E-Solutions.

  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
