Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer, based on-site in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper functioning of medical equipment. The Engineer will also provide customer service and assist in the installation and repair of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
