Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Machinery

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for material handling and storage systems including silos, elevators, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, Bag Stacker Conveyors, Telescopic Conveyors and other customized industrial machinery in allocated territories.
  • Meet clients to understand requirements and provide consultative technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and drawings where required.
  • Follow up on leads, tenders, and proposals through the entire sales cycle until order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal design & production teams for project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships for repeat orders & referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical/Engineering background preferred with Bachelor's degree (Mechanical) and/or MBA (Sales & Marketing)
  • Any graduate with 2–6 years of experience in capital goods / industrial machinery / material handling equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, process layouts, and equipment specifications.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to handle long sales cycles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
